Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. We work with a print on demand service, which means that the product will only be printed when you order it. The delivery time is 3/5 working days. However, we do not always succeed in meeting this deadline. Sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

€5.50 for orders under €50.
Free for orders over €50,- Delivery in the European Union €6.50

Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of Post NL in the Netherlands. In the rest of the EU via a parcel service.

Reflection period/return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately € 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, you can contact us via klantenservice@artepbvb.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact klantenservice@artepbvb.com for this. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible via customerservice@artepbvb.com. We will then try to change the order for you.
