Delivery time & shipping costs

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We work with a print on demand service, which means for you, that the product will be printed when you order it. The delivery time is 3/5 working days. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline. Sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

€5.50 for orders under €50
Free for orders over €50 Delivery in the European union €6.50

Delivery is via the letter carrier or parcel delivery service of Post NL in the Netherlands. In the rest of the EU via a Parcel Service.

Reflection time/return

It can sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

U heeft na annulering nogmaals 14 dagen om uw product retour te sturen. U krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd. Enkel de kosten voor retour van u thuis naar de webwinkel zijn voor eigen rekening. Deze kosten bedragen circa € 7,25 per pakket, raadpleeg voor de exacte tarieven de website van uw vervoerder. Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en – indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking aan de ondernemer geretourneerd worden. Om gebruik te maken van dit recht kunt u contact met ons opnemen via klantenservice@artepbvb.com. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van uw retour terugstorten mits het product reeds in goede orde retour ontvangen is.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

Product exchange?

Wilt u uw product ruilen? Dat is helemaal geen probleem. U kunt hiervoor contact opnemen met klantenservice@artepbvb.com. Wel draagt u zelf de kosten voor terugzending van het product.

I provided the wrong delivery address!

Per ongeluk een verkeerd bezorgadres doorgegeven? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op via klantensevice@artepbvb.com. We proberen dan de bestelling nog voor u te wijzigen.
